香り (かおり): It smells really nice! Very soft fruity aromas, mostly jackfruit but other fruits as well.
味 (あじ): Its very soft on the tongue, as one would expect from a Dassai. Its on the sweeter side but not cloying. Decent amount of bitterness... amazing for a USA brew! 🎶
色 (いろ): cloudy with very small particles.
