香り (かおり): It smells mellow and lightly fruity with hints of apricot and orange.
味 (あじ): it tastes lightly dry with a good amount of umami and a refreshing amount of acidity. There's a nutty taste present as well as something spicy. Its very light and not cloying. It ends with a very light bitterness. Sooo good!
