香り (かおり): it smells fruity with noticeable lactic acid. no distinguishable fruits.
味 (あじ): its well balanced. Not too dry nor too sweet. It has plenty of umami and flavor. It ends in a very light bitterness. Its quite similar to another bottle i had but I can't remember which one.
色 (いろ): Light gold.
