Just tried "Mimuro Sugi," and let me tell you, it's a real winner! The balance between sweetness and acidity is spot on, and the aroma is so rich. Its deep flavor just fills your mouth.

What's great is that it's not too bitter, so it's both mellow and complex, and I'm really hooked on it.
