Pleasant nigori aroma. In the mouth, the sweetness of koji, umami, and a hint of acidity are pleasantly harmonized.
The mouthfeel is clean, and the deep flavor spreads gradually.
It does not feel powerful, but as one drinks, a lingering woody aroma lingers in the air, and the pleasant aftertaste is long and delicious!
