Compared to other sakes from Niigata, this one is less traditional and more modern, despite the traditional-style label. It’s got a nice balance and is easy to drink. Recommended. 新潟のお酒は昔ながらのいわゆる日本酒っぽいお酒が多いですが、これはラベルのデザインからは到底想像できない、モダンな味のする日本酒です。とてもバランスが良く、飲みやすい。おすすめの一杯。
