tenbi junmai ginjo

a delicate sake with soft smooth mouthfeel and crystal clear flavours, with melon and apple aromas.

fresh and elegant better with light food like sashimi or steamed seafood

this is an interesting and high quality one of the new wave styles of sake, with lighter body and alcohol. it retains its delicate fruit flavours with 15% alcohol (genshu). bravo!
